Our goal is to help you achieve a lifetime of good oral health and help you feel and look your best through excellent dental care.
Completing New Patient Forms
Getting to know you is an important first step so that we can provide you with the best care and service. We need to gather some information about you, so please complete the new patient forms found on the forms page. Upon completion, the forms will be submitted to us electronically – you can sign them when you arrive. If you prefer paper forms, please arrive 15 minutes early and complete them in our cozy reception area. Please click here to complete all the forms, including medical history, dental history, and patient information.
Appointment Day
We will introduce you to our team members. One of our dental professionals will take a series of digital x-rays and photos to document the current condition of your teeth. Next, one of our dental hygienists will talk to you about any problems you are experiencing, answer your questions, and examine your gums by using a tiny ruler called a “probe” to check for and measure any pockets around your teeth. Then she will clean your teeth.
Dr. Essenmacher will review all your information, evaluate the condition of your teeth and gums, and complete an oral cancer screening. She will discuss with you any abnormalities and recommend a treatment plan for you.
This initial, comprehensive appointment will take approximately two hours. If you have scheduled your appointment and your plans change, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance.
Scheduling your Next Appointment
At the end of your appointment, one of our front office coordinators will go over the financial aspects of your treatment and schedule your next appointment. We are in-network with most major insurance companies. If you do not have dental insurance, we offer various payment options that will help make necessary dental treatment convenient and affordable.
