Dr. Nikita Goyal, DDS
Dr. Goyal grew up right here in New Mexico. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of New Mexico where she studied Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2014 from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. While there, she earned an award for “Best Hand Skills,” an honor that she attributes to her lifelong passions of painting and drawing. Throughout her graduate studies, Dr. Goyal focused on Rural Health Dentistry and took the opportunity to obtain additional training in Emergency and Trauma Dentistry in Bethel, Alaska.
After obtaining her Dental Degree, Dr. Goyal returned to New Mexico where she spent several years at a community health care clinic providing her trademark compassionate care to underserved patient groups right here in Albuquerque. Most recently, she was caring for our veterans at the New Mexico Veteran Affairs Hospital. Dr. Goyal’s particular areas of interest include cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, full mouth rehabilitation, surgeries, root canals, and removable prostheses. Dr. Goyal continues to pursue her passion for providing her patients with the most advanced and cutting-edge dentistry by traveling all over the country to further her skills with continuing education courses. She holds active memberships at both the New Mexico Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry.
When Dr. Goyal is not in the office, you can find her going on adventures with her husband, Sam, and their two dogs, Pippin and Hank. She loves to camp, ski, swim, experiment in the kitchen, and spend time with friends and family.
